This year we are on Spring Break (jumping up and down) for Earth Day. My class enjoyed lots of fun activities before Easter to learn more about helping protect our planet. We listen to the
Lorax by Dr. Seuss. We also watched the
original Lorax video. After that we wrote stories about how we would help save the Earth. We even made our own Truffla Trees. They were yummy and super easy. I forgot to take pictures so here is a
pinterest photo.
All you need is white chocolate or vanilla candy coating, sprinkles, candy sticks, and marshmallows. I used my Crock Pot to melt the candy coating. Then we dipped the marshmallows on the sticks into the candy coating, and after that in the sprinkles. We let them cool and enjoyed. Quick, easy, and yummy!!!
